"On the wings of Europe" Erasmus+ KA2 projektErasmus+ KA2 projekt „On the wings of Europe“ dvogodišnji je projekt u kojem će sudjelovati pet škola koje dolaze iz Češke, Španjolske, Litve, Latvije i Hrvatske. Cilj projekta je proučiti migracije ptica koje dolaze na području zemalja sudionica projekta, a nastavnici će kroz projekt imati priliku koristiti inovativne metode poučavanja te multidisciplinarni pristup u radu. Tijekom dvije godine trajanja projekta održati će se dva transnacionalna projektna sastanka za nastavnike te mobilnosti za učenike u Španjolskoj, Litvi, Latviji i Hrvatskoj. Učenici Prve gimnazije Varaždin u sklopu projekta vršiti će monitoring gnijezda piljaka, lastavica i roda, sudjelovati u zimskom prebrojavanju ptica vodenih staništa, pomoću online web alata prikazati svoje nalaze, a krajnji rezultati projekta će biti online knjiga o vrstama ptica nađenih tijekom trajanja projekta te kalendar sa pticama koje su dogovorile sve škole partneri. Erasmus+ KA2 project „On the Wings of Europe“ is a two year long project with participants from schools from five different countries: the Czech Republic, Spain, Litva, Latvia and Croatia.The goal of the project is to study the migration of the birds which can be found in the countries participating in the project, while the teachers leading the project will be given the opportunity to use innovative teaching methods and a multidisciplinary approach.

During the two years two transnational meetings will be held for the teachers and mobilities to Spain, Litva, Latvia and Croatia will be organized for the students. The students of Prva gimnazija Varaždin will take part in many projects: monitoring the nests of house martins, swallows and storks; winter observation and counting of birds in wetland habitats, and using Internet tools they will be able to demonstrate their findings which will take final form as an online book about the birds found throughout the duration of the project and a calendar created in collaboration by all the schools.
